FARFALLE AL PISTACHIO PESTO & MORTADELLA

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Serves: 2-4 people

INGREDIENTS

- 320 gr of semolina pasta
- 100 g of mortadella
- 150g of Bacco's Pistachio Pesto sauce
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Salt to taste

PREPARATION

1. Dice the mortadella into small cubes.
2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water till al dente. Drain well.
3. Mix the pasta, mortadella and sauce
4. Add parmesan cheese and salt to taste

Adele's Tip: for extra indulgence, chop some pistachio and sprinkle on top of your plate. Enjoy!
