Falanghina Campania IGP 2014 - San Salvatore (750ml)
Fruity and mineral, Falanghina grapes have been thriving in Italy's deep south for centuries.
The area of the Falanghina grape used to be overrun by wolves, partly due to the relatively cool climate and partly because its landscape consisted of pure wilderness: a setting which assisted in the preservation of indigenous grapes.
A mouthful of summer with a pleasant soft floral and honey blend, we recommend to drink it with aperitivos, but it also goes especially well with seafood. Think crab toasts as the sun goes down, crispy skin sea bream with a drizzle of olive oil and grilled red mullet with roasted fennel and a little saffron aioli.
Ingredients: 100% Falanghina grapes. IT MAY CONTAIN SULPHITES
