Egg-Tagliatelle with Bolognese Sauce

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
a bag of Egg-Tagliatelle
4 spoons of extra-virgin olive oil
half garlic cloth (peeled and finely chopped)
half jar of Bolognese Sauce
½ cup of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan. When the oil is warm, add the chopped garlic and let it cook until it turns golden. Then add the Bolognese sauce and stir until it becomes a bit dry. Remove it from the heat.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. When it boils, add a handful of salt. Add the Egg-Tagliatelle and let it cook for 8 minutes. Once cooked, drain the Egg-Tagliatelleand add it to the sauce previously prepared.
Stir, serve and sprinkle on it the grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
