Deep gold enriched with light green nuance. It has a herbaceus as well as a complex and harmonic blend of fresh almond, green tomato, artichoke and unripe fruit. It provides a ﬁrst note of wild ﬂowers followed by an interesting and powerful bitter taste of chicory as well as a spiced ﬂavour of green pepper and ginger with a ﬁnal note of fresh nut. Cold pressed extravirgin olive oil, 100% Italian.
Rea is a multicultivar extra virgin olive oil originating from the blend of two types of olive: Coratina and Frantoio. They are hand-picked at early ripening and masterfully pressed by our artisans within 6/8 hours after picking. In order to preserve all the taste and fragrance of our olives we look after every detail, from the groves all to the way to the mill.

It is especially indicated for red meat both raw and cooked, legume, cereal, soup, raw or cooked vegetables as well as a basic ingredient for strong dishes.
