    Description

    This selection of Italian loveliness can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.

    You could start with some appetisers, namely Tarallini, spicy Salami and indulgent Truffle Cheese. Then, continue with a tasty main course like Truffle Pappardelle. End your lovely dinner with mixed artisan chocolates.

    How to prepare Truffle Pappardelle with Fresh Mushrooms

    Ingredients for 2 people:

    •          250g Truffle Pappardelle
    •          200g fresh cup mushrooms
    •          1 white onion
    •          1 garlic clove
    •          Extra-virgin olive oil
    •          Salt
    •          Grated parmesan

    Preparation (around 20 minutes):

    Trim off the ends of the mushrooms and cut in thick slices. Finely chop the garlic and the onion.  

    Heat a large, heavy frying pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.

    When the oil is hot, add the onion and the garlic and let them cook until golden.

    Then, add the mushrooms and cook, stirring them in the pan, for a few minutes, until they begin to soften and sweat.

    In the meanwhile, fill a large pot with water (at least 2/3 of its capacity).

    Bring the water to boil and add the pasta. Stir and reduce to medium-high heat. Cook for 9 minutes, then pour the pasta through a strainer.

    Return the pasta to the pot and add the mushroom while stirring.

    Serve hot and sprinkle it with a spoon of grated Parmesan.
