Cake made by means of the natural fermentation of sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake is soft and light textured enriched with candied peach peel. The loaf is covered with icing and decorated with granulated sugar and Piedmont IGP hazelnuts. 

The quality of this product is given above all by the careful selection of raw materials: fresh eggs, selected wheat flour, Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, fresh milk, traditional butter and candied fruit only with sugar.
