Pasta Masterclass with Simone Remoli
Designed for enthusiastic home cooks, this course will give you an opportunity to learn how to prepare perfect pastas and sauces from charismatic master pasta maker Simone Remoli.
One evening a week for four weeks, you will learn to use beautiful seasonal ingredients to make:
- Plain pastas with authentic Italian sauces
- Different varieties of filled pasta
- Different varieties of potato gnocchi
- Baked pasta dishes
After each inspiring class you will be able to enjoy the dishes you have prepared at the Bellavita Academy, and there will also be a graduation dinner held at the end of each course at Pasta Remoli at Finsbury Park to which all participants will be invited as Simone’s guests.
The first two courses will be held over four weeks each, with a start date of either September 4th or September 5th starting at 6.30 pm and lasting for two hours.
Subsequent four week courses will start on either November 6th or 7th; January 8th or 9th; and March 5th or 6th.
Course fee is £300 per person to include all ingredients and equipment.
Simone Remoli, of Pasta Remoli, has two restaurants in London (Westfield Stratford and Finsbury Park) and has been creating authentic and delicious pasta at top restaurants in Rome and the UK more more than 15 years. His love for authentic Italian ingredients is the platform behind every recipe he creates, many of which draw inspiration from his native Roman cuisine, with a modern twist. Simone believes that the greatest inspiration a chef can have is building a delicious dish from one simple yet wonderful ingredient.
