INGREDIENTS (2 persons):
125 gr Burrata
12 semi-dried cherry tomatoes
a sprinkle of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices french bread (1/2" thick)
2 garlic cloves
Roast the french bread slices in the grill. Whilst it is still hot, smear the garlic cloves over the slices (just rub it on each slice).
Slice the burrata and add it on top of the bread. Then, add 2 semi-dried cherry tomatoes on each bruschetta, and finish it with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.
