Citrusy, grapefruit aromas, but with a dry finish. Incredibly refreshing!

Heady citrus aromas - in particular an especially dominant grapefruit scent - Punks do it Bitter doesn\'t just have an appealing name, but its light body and refreshing taste (with a dry finish that has delicate but clear bitter notes), makes it exceptionally easy to drink. A great balance of bitter and fresh, we recommend enjoying it alongside baked fish and white meat, with a mix vegetable pasta sauce or even on its own as an aperitif.

Creamy ale of outstanding quality, one of our favourites!

A clear, amber colour with a great balance between the tropical, citrus notes of the hops and the sweet, caramelised nuances of the malt. Winning the "Platinum" Award at our 2015 Amsterdam Expo (the highest score of all drinks) Definitely one to try, but careful, you might not be able to live without it. Pair the Indie Ale beer with a mixed fish pasta sauce, or with white meats (chicken, turkey etc.) or with grilled fish.

Grunge IPA (33cl) - Elav Brewery

Tropical IPA with dark caramel notes.

A deep amber colour that borders on red, at first, there\'s an intense, caramelised malty flavour which dominates, but this soon gives way to the trademark of the beer: the hopping. A perfect equilibrium between sweet fragrances and a strong aroma of hops. In addition to this, there\'s also some clear hints of tropical fruit and refreshing resinous, herbaceous and pine aromas, making it the perfect match for pasta with pesto. Try it also with a fresh cheese aperitif board; with red meat or mixed vegetables pasta sauces or simply with a main of red meats.

Characterised by its black, coffee-like colour and cappuccino-esque foam, this beer is for lovers of dark flavours. Balsamic, with hints of rosemary and liquorice, this beer is slighty spicy - peppery in fact - towards the end. Packed with flavour, this beer is full of character and unique in its flavours, and we think you are going to love it. We would match it with a slowly-cooked beef casserole, perhaps on a bed of roasted polenta and rosemary.

This imperial stout style beer is dark with heavy, toasted notes of coffee, chocolate and liquorice. It is probably the darkest a beer can get, but without compromising on elegance and balance. A panel of 200 judges awarded it 3 stars at our Amsterdam Expo, so there\'s no doubt it can be enjoyed alone, or perhaps served with stews and game dishes in a rich sauce. For those cold winter nights, or for people who rather like their beers dark and smokey, this is the perfect choice.

4 Hops Originale (33cl) - Poretti

A refreshingly light, crisp beer. Ideal for Summer. Characterised by a fine head with a clear appearance and straw-like colour. An ideal accompaniment to full flavoured first courses and medium aged cheeses.

With its moderate carbonation, light body and moderate bitterness, it is easy to drink and versatile to pair with food. In particular, the fourth variety of hops enhances the hoppy taste and strengthens the head. The raw materials are water, barley malt, glucose syrup and hops. Poretti 4 Luppoli Originale has a medium alcohol volume (5.5% Vol); it should be served at a temperature of between 6-8 °C.
